At MotoPartsLab, we want you to feel confident when purchasing spare parts for your car, motorcycle, or EV scooter. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our Refund Policy carefully to understand how refunds, returns, and exchanges work.

 


 

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You may request a return or refund if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • The item delivered is incorrect or not as described

  • The product is unused and in original packaging

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery (or your preferred window)

Note: Return eligibility may vary depending on product type and condition.

 


 

2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Some items cannot be returned or refunded due to industry standards and safety reasons:

  • Electrical or electronic components (ECUs, sensors, wiring, display units, etc.)

  • Products that have been installed, tested, or used

  • Custom-ordered or special-order parts

  • Damaged items caused by improper installation, mishandling, or vehicle modification

  • Items without original packaging, tags, or accessories

 


 

3. Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a refund:

  • Items must be in new, unused condition

  • Packaging must be intact, undamaged, and include all components

  • Serial numbers, seals, and OEM markings must be untampered

Products sent back in a used or altered condition will be rejected.

 


 

4. Return Process

  1. Contact MotoPartsLab support at [Insert Email] with:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for return

    • Photos/videos (if applicable)

  2. Our team verifies eligibility within 24–48 hours.

  3. If approved, you will receive return instructions and shipping details.

  4. Ship the product back using the recommended courier service.

  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed.

 


 

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued through one of the following:

  • Original payment method

  • Store credit / wallet balance (if preferred)

Refund processing may take 5–10 working days, depending on your payment provider or bank.

 


 

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged on arrival), we cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to customer reasons (change of mind, wrong part ordered), the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

 


 

7. Wrong or Incompatible Parts Ordered

MotoPartsLab is not responsible for incorrect purchases due to:

  • Wrong model/year selection

  • Misinterpreting compatibility details

  • Using unverified assumptions rather than checking part numbers

We strongly recommend consulting a professional mechanic or verifying OEM numbers before purchasing.

 


 

8. Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Report it within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of damaged packaging and product

  • Keep all packaging materials until the claim is resolved

We will assist you with replacements or refunds based on inspection.

 


 

9. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and normal return rules apply.

 


 

10. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only for:

  • Incorrect items received

  • Manufacturing defects

Exchange requests depend on product availability.
